G7 Ranch is a family-run Texas ranch. The name reflects the family behind it: Jason and Tate Gorsuch and their five kids. Seven of us, one brand.

While our roots are in Texas, our commitment extends beyond a single ranch. We raise and partner with Texas ranches producing Akaushi Wagyu, held to one standard from pasture to plate, with real care for the animals and the land.

Every product bearing the G7 Ranch name reflects the standards we expect for our own table.

The Ranch

Rooted in Dallas & East Texas.

Our family calls Dallas home, and our cattle know East Texas: green pasture, good water, tall pines and big sunsets. It's where the kids learn to work cattle, mend fence, and finish the day at the gate.

Ranch life keeps us honest. We do things the slow, careful way, and we're proud to put our name on what comes from it.
